this could, have been a lovely stay, but alas, without a lift, dragging my bags was simply beneath me. the shower setup was a disaster, leaving everything drenched. naturally, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do for such inconveniences, but no such luck. my near-great review ended up as mere disappointment.

The location is great, right near popular shops. We enjoyed the mountain view from our room, which was eye-catching! The staff were genuinely helpful, providing us with discounted cab hire for our trips.
The sounds from the street made it a bit challenging to sleep comfortably at night.

We loved the amazing location at the heart of Jiufen, which allowed easy access to local shops. The simple yet delicious breakfast, especially the braised pork rice, was a highlight for the whole family during our 2-night stay.

The Double Room with Sea View was simple and a bit dated, but the view from the balcony was stunning! We really enjoyed the spaciousness and the large windows that brought in plenty of light.
